Jackson’s Village Bistro was a Hermosa Beach favorite for 10 years. The founders, Scott & Sharon Cooper, believed that the menu should reflect food that you crave, with each recipe and ingredient crafted to achieve a balance in flavor, texture and temperature. The atmosphere was inviting and unpretentious, with flip-flops always welcome.

 

These principles have guided the expansion to the new space, artfully designed to provide diners a place to relax and enjoy authentic dishes with a focus on thoughtfully selected ingredients.
